1957:           Born in Hanoi, Vietnam.

1975:           Studied lacquer painting with lacquer artists at traditional lacquer workshops and then,

                     graduated from Hanoi Fine Arts University- Lacquer Department.

1986:           Set up Nhasan studio in Hanoi, Vietnam.

                     Member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association.

1996:           Member of International Association of lacquer Painters.






1995:           Exhibition of Lacquer paintings in the residence of the

                     Australian Ambassador, Hanoi, Vietnam.

1996:           Exhibition of Lacquer paintings at the Bell Gallery, Hanoi, Vietnam.

1998:           Exhibition at Art House Gallery, Cork St London, UK.

1999:           “A Novel Traditional”, Exhibition at Apricot Gallery, Hanoi, Vietnam.
